Terms of supply

The Talk Relationships Whole-School Approach documents are the intellectual property of NSPCC Learning. They are designed for use in schools and are provided to you for downloading. They may not be amended other than to reflect the needs of your school via the Excel spreadsheet to input your score and action plan.

The documents must not be used for commercial purposes.

We do not accept any responsibility for action taken as a result of information inputted in the excel spreadsheet relating to your school. You should take specific advice when dealing with specific situations.
