The Child Safeguarding Practice Review Panel is responsible for overseeing the review of serious child protection cases in England.
The Panel became operational in June 2018 and published its first annual report in March 20201.
The report shares key learning from rapid reviews of significant safeguarding incidents which were submitted to the Panel by local safeguarding partnerships in England from July 2018 to December 2019.
